Coming back from their trip to Urique in the Copper Canyons, Maria Walton and Josue Stephens revealed the new logo for next year's event: a Raramuri runner's silhouette following the White Horse along the Canyons. The image nicely reunites two concepts; to international runners, the race has always been known as the Copper Canyons Ultra Marathon (CCUM), as Micah used to call it. But in the Barrancas, the event was named Ultra Maraton Caballo Blanco, which today is an integral part of its cultural heritage. Thus, the new logo for 2013 features elements from both backgrounds.

This year will be like no other, with lots of Mas Locos returning to honor our friend, new aspiring Locos on their first journey and hundreds of Raramuri runners gathering for a unique celebration of remembrance, friendship and sharing.
Quien es mas loco?
